SHIPPING

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons, but it is our goal to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

We ship orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail service. This ensures that you get your order in a timely manner.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Orders under $49.99 and below - $5 flat rate shipping
Orders over $50 - Free shipping

RETURNS

All returns must be approved by Hot Tar staff prior to returning the item to us.

If you need to return an item that you purchased from our online store, please complete this form. Be sure to provide your order number and other pertinent order information so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If the return is a result of our error (incorrect item received, defective item, etc.), we will pay for the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.

If the return is not a result of our error and you ordered the wrong item or simply no longer want the item(s), we will NOT pay for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it to confirm any reported issues and refund the full amount if the reported issues are present. 

We will not accept returns for opened items.
